Schachne Architects & Builders recently completed our full home renovation. We could not be happier with the outcome. We found the neighborhood we wanted to purchase a new home in, but many of the houses were showing their age. The Schachne’s assured us that if we found a property we loved, they could transform the existing house into our dream home. They were not kidding! The entire home was gutted down and built back up into everything we wanted and more! As a young family, we wanted a home that would work for us as our daughter grows up and our needs in a house change. Donna and Stan completely understood this and designed the home as such. Drawing on their own experiences, they had many wonderful recommendations for unique home features. We incorporated them all! The home was designed with a future addition in mind should our family grow. Talk about planning ahead! The process was seamless and enjoyable as we took an active yet low stress part in planning our dream home. Donna and Stan knew how to create the exact look we were going for, even when we ourselves did not know how to put it into words what we wanted. All workers that came into the home were kind, trustworthy and reliable. The quality of all work done was top of the line and the finished product is just beautiful. Our home has a great “feel” to it from the moment you enter. It is warm and inviting while having a clean and modern feel to it. In our opinion, this is not easily achieved! To anyone considering hiring this fantastic team for your next project, go for it! You will not be disappointed!

We found Schachne Architects & Builders’ website through online reviews and sent an inquiry through email. Stan called us right away and the next day we met with their team to talk about our whole house remodel/expansion. We left that meeting confident they were the company to shepherd our project through concept design and construction – a one stop shop with a professional team of architects, designers, project managers and top notch subcontractors. We cannot emphasize enough the benefits we experienced of having an architect and general contractor being the same company. Stan and Donna’s team streamlined the process, communications and completions through the complex South Florida building codes which we learned are some of the toughest in the nation. It was also so helpful to have Donna’s interior design knowledge to create a truly superior living space. She guided us every step of the way by scheduling appointments in showrooms, sending us ideas, meeting fabricators and synchronizing details with our own conceptual ideas. On-site, Jeremy, Dane and Ken were all very hands on and worked daily to ensure our utmost satisfaction right down to the slightest detail. We absolutely love our new home and we cannot thank the Schachne’s enough!

The outstanding work that Stan Schachne (Schachne Architects & Builders) did in our home expansion and renovation can't be put into words! He and his team are amazing! If we could, we'd give them 10 STARS!!! We had done renovations in the past and were disappointed and unhappy with our previous builders; unfortunately that it's not surprising in South Florida. So when we found Stan we knew immediately that we were dealing with an incredibly knowledgeable and professional company. He far exceeded our expectations!!! Not only were things done in the utmost thought-out, timely and impeccable way, also the delivery of the finished product was of the greatest standards and quality! We love our home so much! Stan & Donna did a phenomenal job and worked with us every step of the way, even coming up with ideas, designs, and delivered product that were "not doable" according to a previous architect and engineer with whom we consulted.
