Our repeat client purchased this slightly larger 2,700 s.f. condo with a better ocean view in an adjacent building to a condo renovation we did for them five years prior. The owner has a minimalist style that we already were aware of so it dictated the design and finishes. The owners wanted to demolish the complete interior, open up the kitchen to the living room area and incorporate some of the custom features we built prior but with a updated home automation system that supported lighting, window shades, sound, hidden tv and air conditioning.
