Schachne Architects + Builders designed and completed the build out of this 3,200 s.f. doctors office located in Hollywood, Florida.

The client’s vision was to have a functional space with a modern vibe, while enveloping their OB/GYN patients with an aura of warmth and comfort.

The functionality of the space was a top priority. The flow of staff, doctors and patients was achieved with circular movement. The client’s program requirements were achieved with a large reception area, six exam rooms, lab, two work areas, three offices, two nurse stations, ultrasound room, procedure room and a break area.
