We were retained to completely renovate the interior and exterior of this existing four bedroom, three and a half bath 2,800 s.f. house. The goal was to completely modernize the house with new roofing, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, insulation and the addition of a complete home automation and solar hot water system. The roof trusses in the middle of the house were removed and a new roof truss system was engineered to raise the center to create a new front and back porch and a raised ceiling in the interior living space. This created a open plan living area with plenty of natural light.
