The owners of this newly purchased 2,278 s.f. home, fell in love with the intracoastal location. SAB was contracted to transform the 1980’s home into open concept that reflected their personality and lifestyle of the young family. A two-phase approach was adopted. Phase-one consisted of the total renovation of the existing home along with a small addition to the master bathroom.

A few years later, phase-two increased the square footage to 3,300. It was comprised of a family room addition in the back facing the pool and intracoastal waterway. Also, a two-story enlarged garage and laundry room on the ground floor. The second story included two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom.
