We provided design and construction services for the buildout of 25,000 s.f. for the new corporate headquarters for National Beverage Corp. in Plantation, Florida. The scope of work involved partial demolition of the existing office area and removal of existing carpeting. The new buildout consisted of developing new office areas for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, break room, retrofit of miscellaneous office, storage and support areas. The carpet tile design represents the colors used in the Owners product color scheme. All of the existing carpet that was removed was recycled and the complete office area was finshed with low VOC paint throughout. We were required to complete the renovation in six weeks. The Owner moved in as required by their aggressive schedule.
