The homeowner requested to turn their 1990’s developer home’s first floor into a sleek/minimalist space. The project involved selective demolition of interior walls, renovation of the existing kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room along with new flooring throughout. The stairs were refinished and a new glass rail system was installed. Although the new kitchen encompassed the same original space, the new design increased function and storage.
