This Hollywood Beach Condominium boasted a fantastic location and breathtaking views of the ocean and coast line, however; the interior was old and tired. The repeat client requested Schachne Architects + Builders to breathe new life into their recently purchased beach residence. Having worked with our client on their previous home we already knew of their minimalist design wishes.

The condominium required a complete renovation. The overall renovation was 2,400 s.f. We removed walls in the entry, kitchen, dining and living spaces. We reconfigured and repurposed spaces to create a custom see through wine cooler, custom onyx hidden bar as well as a walk in pantry. The result is sleek and functional with touches of warmth provided by American Walnut wood, Azul Imperial granite and Onyx. This unit now possesses the only walk in pantry in the building. All flooring, lighting and doors were replaced throughout. The master, guest and half bath were remodeled as well to provide the owners with the spa like feel they desired. The Hollywood Beach condo renovation took approximately six (6) months to construct.

The owners friends and neighbors were amazed with the transformation and all agree it is now one of the best looking units in the building.
