We were asked to design and build the new sales office for Italian yacht maker, Baglietto Yachts in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Baglietto is the parent company of Bertram Yachts, which office we completed a year earlier. The 2,400 s.f. space included six brokers offices, reception area, conference room, storage and break room and two handicapped-accessible bathrooms. All new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and energy-efficient LED lighting systems were incorporated along with extensive glass office walls for natural light.
