Schachne Architects and Builders was retained to completely renovate this 3,300 s.f. home. A small addition was built, and the existing square footage was rearranged to achieve the homeowner’s goals. The result is open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. There is an adjacent playroom with a custom-designed moveable wall to allow for privacy when desired. It includes a new master suite, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. The exterior of the house was modernized along with the addition of a unique pool cabana and inviting pool.
