This existing 3,000 s.f. three bedroom, two bath home sits on a piece of property that has a 230 degree lake front that could hardly be seen from the house. Our goal was to provide those views from the living space, master bedroom and kitchen that did not exist. We redesigned the floor plan to open up the kitchen and master bedroom to provide those views. We created a master bath addition and extension of the existing three car garage to include a new home theater, relocated the master bedroom and guest bathroom and added a half bath.
