The owner wanted to renovate the kitchen area and open it up to the remainder of this older ranch style home in the Fort Lauderdale, Coral Ridge area. We included new kitchen cabinetry, bar area, laundry room access, flooring, LED lighting, tile finishes and gas appliances. Extra work included removing the complete ceiling, installing new AC duct work, insulation and renovating the master bedroom and guest bathroom.
